I know what you mean! On one level my taste buds say, poor cookie, I want to enjoy all of you. On another level, my heart says, huh, I can feel a bit like those cookies sometimes. All the good bits scooped out and the other stuff forgotten!

I would have to say that my favorite are not sandwich cookies. I like chocolate covered coconut ones the best. They melt in your mouth. ❤
