Heavy snow falling,
childish exuberance shines,
beneath the gray sky.

Come to me, Winter.
Welcome to your birthing day.
Now comes earnest play

Frozen crystal’s fall,
soft togetherness blankets.
In footprints, pool slush.

Awesome haikus! I wrote my first a while back.

We are use to snow much earlier then this. It only lasted a few days for us, but it had my kids in heaven.😁

🤣 I write about snow quite often. Maybe reading more about it will help those elusive white flakes to visit your dreams, if you can’t expirience them in the real world yet.
